As a patient having recently started chemotherapy I just want to say that Buxton Medical Practice has been amazing this week. Each time I needed help they were there for me. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. It’s so reassuring to know that the system works, if you need help quickly you get it.

I visited the surgery on Friday morning of last week for a blood pressure check and blood tests with the Health Care assistant, she put me at ease, was friendly, efficient and professional. I received a phone call from the surgery later that same day to say that the doctor wanted to discuss one result. They made it clear that this was a non urgent matter and made me an appointment to see my GP three days later. I am very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with this matter.

Great care when needed. Professional and helpful staff. Needed an urgent appointment for my little boy today who needed antibiotics for an infection and we were seen promptly. Automated phone message is not very friendly which is a shame.

Such a caring gp practice helped me so much . Yes waiting time can sometimes be a pain but when the care is so great it shouldn't matter.
